The Department of Consciousness invites you to an experiential evening to explore the intersection of psychedelics and sexuality. Our special guest is Dr. Cat Meyer, PsyD, LMFT, a licensed psychotherapist specializing in sex, trauma, and ketamine-assisted therapy. The evening will open up with a conversation about the ancient uses of psychedelics to enhance intimacy leading into how they are used today. We will then move into the experiential portion where participants will have the option to consume kanna, an empathogenic plant that opens the heart, grounds the nervous system, and relieves stress and anxiety. Dr. Cat will lead the group through breath, sound, and movement exercises to activate higher states of awareness which can be integrated in one's sex life. Tickets can be purchased here.
